My Mom and I both purchased John Sloane Calendars for years, until Lang stopped putting them out, and they became an Andrews McMeel item. Then we stopped because we love Lang quality. Well, this year I decided to give it a shot anyway, and so glad I did. My Mom is also pleased enough to order one.The envelope the calendar is in looks just like Lang, with linen finish. Numbers are BIG, and it has the all important moon cycles, space for appointments or important dates in boxes, and the outside covers are likewise linen. But the inside pictures are not the Lang linen finish, but still a very high quality. I am very pleased with this Andrew McMeels calendar and will order it again next year.And John Sloanes pictures are wonderfully cozy, and convey the feeling of all the country's seasons beautifully. I love January, April, November. Actually I love them all !Update on 01/18/17 :Yikes! 😨 😲 Does not include Daylight Savings Time Begins, and Daylight Savings Time Ends dates. This seems like a major oversight to me. Those are two days that impact my schedule, causing a daily change to routine for a number of months -- not to mention my rise and shine and sleeping hour times. Hope they will notice this neglected important information and begin including it.
